Final documents: You will receive these 14 days before departure. This includes
your flight information and hotel details.
Payments: Please follow the payment schedule listed on your passenger statement.
If your payments are not received on time by Chamber Discoveries, we may cancel
the reservation and invoke the cancellation fee. All late payments are subject
to a $50 late payment fee.
Refunds: Cancel more than 120 days for any reason, you will be issued a
refund less $150 each. Cancel 120 days to 100 days and receive a refund less
$450 per person. Cancel 99-60 days and receive a refund of 50% of the total
price, after 60 days 100% charge of total trip cost. Refund protection is not
included, but strongly recommended and available from us. Written cancellation
required and is effective when received by Chamber Discoveries during normal
business hours. Please see your brochure, which is available from your group
organizer, for additional details and exceptions to this policy.
Restrictions, Limitations and Exclusions: All tickets/vouchers must be returned.
Any optional tours, shore excursion, deviations, special arrangements, are not
refundable or transferable from the time of purchase. These fees may be covered
by the optional insurance coverage that is available.
Extended stay: If you wish to extend your stay, flight deviations are allowed
only on the return portion of your trip and from the same return airport. There
is a minimum fee of $100 per person for this, plus any airfare increase. All
requests need to be in writing.
Baggage: Due to the limited space on the coach and some airline policies one
check bag plus a small carry-on is allowed. It is expected that you will handle
and store the carry-on bag the entire time while you are away. Airlines have
increased their enforcement of their maximum bag size of 40-62 linear inches and
weight of 20 to 50 pounds depending on the airline. Any charges the airlines
require is at your expense. Chamber Discoveries does not assume any
responsibility for loss or damage to baggage or your belongings. We suggest you
buy insurance coverage that may cover any loss. This is available from Chamber
Discoveries
Hotels: The hotels reserved are rated as European standard first class. Hotel
rooms provide a private bath (and/or shower) and toilet. Meals signs:
B=Breakfast, L=Lunch, D=Dinner, S=Snack. Dinners are generally served at the
hotel and cruise ship in which you are staying. We cannot guarantee special
menus to meet dietary or religious requirements will be served.
Smoking: Non-smoking seats are requested on planes and no smoking is allowed on
the motor coach.
Consumer Disclosure Notice: Read the tour information and conditions carefully,
as your deposit and any payments for a trip constitutes consent to all
conditions and general information contained on your brochure and in this
packet.
Trip membership: Our trips require a blend of adventuresome spirit, physical
fitness, walking ability and mental alertness, and a capacity for accepting
situations as they exists and not, necessarily, as you would find them in the
U.S. If you have health concerns, we suggest that you contact your physician to
help determine the suitability of you taking one of our trips.
Additional important information: Valid U.S. passport required and should be
valid for at least 6 months after the completion of your trip. Non-U.S. citizens
should contact the appropriate consulate of each country included in the trip to
acquire the necessary visa that may be necessary. Single rooms are limited.
Order of events, airlines, hotels and taxes/fees/charges are subject to change.
Passengers originating in two different cities and are traveling together may
not be confirmed on the same flights. Seat and meal requests for flights are
accepted by us as preferences only and are not guaranteed. Airline seat
assignments, meals and frequent flyer programs are under the control of the
respective airline. We are sorry but we are not able to assist you in any
fashion in earning or claiming frequent flyer points. We suggest you keep all
your boarding passes for each of your flights. Many coaches we use have toilets.
Price does not include: Beverages and meals not detailed in the
itinerary. Personal expenses including passport and visa fees, alcoholic
beverages, optional sightseeing tours, traditional tip to your guide(s) and
driver, taxes, all airline baggage and meal charges, non-airline fuel
surcharges, locally paid departure tax, and fees of that are subject to change
and passport fees are not included. Travel Insurance is not included but
strongly recommended and available from Chamber Discoveries.
BOOK&SAVE: Often we will offer you a chance to save with our BOOK&SAVE early
booking cash discount. Simply make you’re deposit listed on your brochure by the
date indicated and make your balance of payment by check, and you will receive
the discount listed. Discounts only apply to the dates and trip listed and are
not valid with other discounts, are not retroactive, and only apply if the
remainder of your payments are made by check. You may elect later to make your
subsequent balances by credit card, but you will forfeit any savings/discount
that was offer with BOOK&SAVE.
Airline fuel surcharges are included. Please note that these are subject to
change.
Taxes, fees and charges will be added to your trip price. Please read the
following carefully. These are all subject to change.
Government and other authority taxes and fees:
September 11th Security Fee: A September 11th Security Fee of up to $2.50 USD
applies per passenger, per flight segment (maximum charge per trip--$5.00 USD
one-way, $10.00 USD round-trip). A flight segment is defined as one takeoff and
one landing.
Passenger Facility Charge: A Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) of up to $16 per
passenger.
Federal Domestic Flight Segment Fee: A federal domestic flight segment fee of up
to $3.30 USD applies per passenger, per flight segment (defined as a takeoff and
a landing).
US or International Departure and Arrival Charges: US or international departure
and arrival charges of up to $200 may apply depending on itinerary.
NOTE: From time to time other charges and taxes will be added to your trip
price. For example some airports have special departure taxes. If these are
pre-paid this will be added to your statement. Some airports require that these
are paid at the airport. In this case you will be responsible for this payment.

International Chamber Discoveries, LTD, DBA Chamber Discoveries (CD) provides
access to www.chamberdiscoveries.com (the "Site") free of charge to provide
information about CD, our capabilities and the work we do for our clients. We
welcome visitors to the Site. Your access and use of the Site is governed by the
Terms and Conditions and Privacy Statement set forth below, as well as any
applicable laws, statutes, and regulations. By accessing or using the Site, you
agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and. You understand that the sole
authorized use of the Site is to obtain information about CD and no other use is
permitted.
Terms and Conditions: Copyright in all materials on the Site is either owned or controlled by CD or
its clients; copyright in the compilation of all materials on the Site is owned
by CD. All rights reserved. No materials on the Site may be copied, reproduced,
altered, displayed or further distributed or transmitted without obtaining our
prior written permission. All trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos and
trade styles on the Site are either owned or controlled by CD or its clients.
Any use of these marks is strictly prohibited without obtaining the owner's
prior written permission.

responsible for any damages to users or their computer systems or otherwise,
even if CD has been informed of the possibility of such damages and without
regard to its negligence.
RESPONSIBILITY CLAUSE:
This trip is arranged by Chamber Discoveries (CD). It has made the travel
arrangements as agent for the transportation carriers & other suppliers (SUPS)
of services connected with the tour, all of which are independent contractors.
CD in no way owns or operates the vehicles or facilities to be used during the
trip, & does not guarantee or assume responsibility for the acts &/or omissions
of SUPS, their employees, agents, etc. All bookings are accepted subject to the
conditions imposed by SUPS & CD, including airline, cruise line, rail, coach,
hotel, restaurants, insurance, & other companies, firms or persons concerned
with the trip, & CD will make no refund in the event of their delay,
cancellations, overbooking, strike, bankruptcy, force majeure or for elements of
the package not used by customer. If there is a difference between CD Conditions
& those published by a SUP, the higher cost conditions shall apply. CD reserves
the right to cancel a trip, change the itinerary, airline, hotel or adjust rates
whenever in its sole judgment conditions warrant, or if CD deems it necessary
for your comfort, convenience or safety. Currency, taxes, fees & fuel surcharges
are subject to change. Trips outside the USA require a valid U.S. passport. You
are responsible for, & release CD from passport, visa, vaccination requirements,
& safety conditions in travel destinations. CD strongly recommends you purchase
appropriate cancellation/medical/baggage insurance for the trip which is
available from CD. For medical information, call the U.S. Public Health Service
at 301-443-2403, & for U.S. State Department travel advisories, 202-647-5225. CD
reserves the right to decline to accept any person as a member of the tour, or
to require any participant to withdraw from the trip at any time who presents a
significant risk to the health & safety of themselves or others which cannot be
eliminated or reduced to an acceptable level by CD’s reasonable accommodation.
CD reserves the right to correct an error in advertised price prior to your
departure. Your initial payment to CD constitutes acceptance to these terms and
a contract is made when your reservation & payment are accepted by CD at it
offices & any dispute shall be governed by IL law & subject to the jurisdiction
of Lake County, IL. CD is a DBA of International Chamber Discoveries, LTD. In
calculating the cost of your trip, CD has relied on your consent to these terms
& in the absence of this release, the trip cost would have been higher. CD
reserves the right to cancel a tour prior to departure, & in such cases all
payments made will be refunded & shall constitute full settlement. Trip based on
currency exchange rate based on date of pricing and is subject to change if the
